Commercial License

This Commercial License explains how you may use the digital design products (“Assets”) purchased from LAGRIYO LTD.

1. Grant of license

For each valid purchase, LAGRIYO LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Assets for personal and commercial projects, subject to these terms.

2. Allowed uses

• Create end products (digital or physical) for your own brand.
• Create end products for clients (e.g. branding, social content, ads).
• Modify, combine, or adapt the Assets in your own designs.
• Use the Assets in unlimited projects for one brand (two users on Pro).

3. Prohibited uses

• Reselling, sharing, giving away, or sublicensing the original files.
• Selling the Assets in packs, bundles, or as standalone design resources.
• Uploading the Assets to marketplaces as templates or design systems.
• Claiming the original Assets as your own creation.
• Using the Assets in any way that violates copyright or IP laws.

4. Ownership

All Assets remain the intellectual property of LAGRIYO LTD. You are purchasing a license to use the Assets, not buying the copyright.

5. Termination

LAGRIYO LTD may revoke this license if you breach these terms. In that case, you must stop using the Assets and delete all copies in your possession.
